Shenzhen Baoan Shixia Fittec (HK) Electronics Factory and Shenzhen Futian Shixia Fittec (HK) Electronics Factory have total gross floor areas of approximately 29,436 sq.m. and 16662 sq.m., respectively, in Shenzhen, the PRC.

Shenzhen Futian Shixia Fittec (HK) Electronics Factory commenced its operations in August 1997. It engages in assembling PCBs for electronics products including hard disk controllers, mobile LCD controllers, motherboards and other electronics component products.

Shenzhen Baoan Shixia Fittec (HK) Electronics Factory commenced its operations in April 2004 . It engages in assembling PCBs for computer and related devices.

Fittec Electronics (Suzhou) Company Limited commenced its operations in Suzhou in August 2006, and currently has the capacity to assemble 22 billion chips per year. Another subsidiary Suzhou Toprich Electronics Technology Limited has just started operation in another Suzhou location with manufacturing space of 7177 square metres.

The Group also leased an additional plant with a floor area of around 72,600 square metres in Shajin in August 2006, where a repair and maintenance centre was established. Kuan Da Electronics (Shenzhen) Company Limited also started its operation in Shajin for the making of LCD power supply boards.
