Shenzhen Baoan Shajing Fittec (HK) Electronics Factory and Kuan Da Electronics (Shenzhen) company Ltd. have total gross floor areas of approximately 93,588 sq.m., in Shenzhen, the PRC. It commenced its operations in April 2008.

It engages in assembling PCBs for electronics products including hard disk controllers, mobile LCD controllers, motherboards and other electronics component products.

Fittec Electronics (Suzhou) Company Limited commenced its operations in Suzhou in August 2006. It have total 12, 734 s.q.m in SuZhou and currently has the capacity to assemble 22 billion chips per year.

The Group also have an additional plant with total gross floor areas of approximately 6500 s.q.m in Vietnam . It will start operation in 2nd half of 2009
